The Professional Conversion Programme (PCP) for Content Strategist aims to upskill and develop executive and managerial level employees from non-related working experience, into content creators & strategists in the industry.
​
This PCP is also suitable to enhance individuals’ employability in content creation & marketing by providing them with classroom training in latest knowledge and trends, and real experience in the field through On-Job-Training (OJT), enabling them to make a career switch and take on new or expanded job roles in the ADMARCOM sector.
​
Participating companies will get to enjoy salary support of 35% for the new hire's salary for 12 months. Salary support will be increased to 45% for Singaporean employees aged 40 years old and above.

Kenji has received his professional packaging design training from Japan in the early nineties and bring with him more than 20 years of relevant job experiences as a creative practitioner in the graphic design, branding, advertising, packaging, publishing and printing industries.

With Kenji’s passion in teaching, mentorship and engagement with his students over the last few years, he has personally nurtured and groomed many successful design practitioners and designpreneurs. many of his past students have won more than 80 local and international awards and recognition from Singapore, Germany, Canada, United Kingdom and America.

Kenji has also graduated with a distinction in Master of Design from Curtin University of Technology, Australia, in 2003 and has accumulated more than 10 years of professional teaching experience as a design educator since.

With almost 20 years of experience in the industry, Kris has played crucial roles in agency environments, leading her own teams. She has firmly embraced the digital-oriented communication of the 21st century and has created digital campaigns with notable clients like Yahoo, Health Promotion Board, SAP and Unilever, to name a few.
Spending more than 20 years in the AdMarcom industry, Angela has held leadership positions for over a decade, in the APAC region, with MNC agencies, South China Morning Post Group and Global Luxury Group, LVMH.
Before becoming the founder of her own start-up Antrepod, she experienced entrepreneurship first hand by starting agencies and had delivered over 600% business growth in business over 3 years. Because of this, she was one of the finalists for 2011 Australia China Alumni Awards for ‘Women In Leadership’.
As the Director of Strategy for NEO360 Digital, Hendry works with businesses to create their very own "Data-Driven Digital Marketing Blueprint That Delivers Predictable Performance". Armed with near to 10 years of digital strategy & marketing experience, he has developed a deep understanding of internet marketing strategies in the e-commerce, B2B and B2C marketplace.
HOW PCP
WORKS
Express your interest below & register your new hire for the programme
After confirming on the eligibility of your new hire, you will need to pay $3,000 (after 70% funding from Workforce Singapore) as course fee
Send your new hire for training over 6 months (roughly 29 hours of training per month) for the above topics.
Upon completion of the programme, gets 35% support of your new hire's salary for 12 months from the month you have sent him/her for the course onwards.
(45% salary support for Singaporean aged 40 years & above)
